ok, so by the looks of that croc, its hard to believe that 1, a croc that big was caught, and 2..that a croc actually is that size....the biggest croc on record is bout 21 ft long at max, weighing 1 to 1.5 tons, i havent seen it, but that looks to be substantialy larger, and extremely hard to believe

This is pure animal torture. If you have to catch it and relocate it, then why do you have to put a wood log in it's mouth like that and pull back the jaws like that? This is pure animal torture!

the biggest croc on record is 27 feet, and that was captured alive. the croc you see in the video couldn't have been more than 18-20 feet, big croc but not the biggest. and in response to animal torture, the croc was dead. can't torture something that's dead.

it's not technically animal torture. a crocodiles pressure when shutting it's mouth is of enormous pressure. if it was too grab hold of something and toss it around, that alone could kill someone. and the rope around it is also to ohld it in place so it doesn't death role. a death role is where it grabs onto its prey or an object and roles it around, usually performed underwater but in this circumstance it is out of water, (obviously) to either stun or kill it's prey which it then stores in a nest or inbetween logs underwater for a few weeks too let's just say 'tenderise' the meat. all of this is necessary in order to make sure everyone is safe. and seeing it's size, i wouldn't take any of it lightly. i am only 14 years old and i already know all of this.

first of all, im pretty sure it was dead so all of this crap about animal torture is irrelevant. even if it was alive, you cant put it in a crate. i saw a huge croc get caught on tv and they were going to relocate it but the next morning there was a huge hole in the crate and the croc was gone. they're too strong in their tails to tie them up lightly.

I am a croc scientist and this croc appears big but it is actually small. The saringe in the crocs body probly means it is a small croc not a big needle. And the beautiful coloration this is for hatchlings to 15 feet (still big) I would put it at no larger than 10 feet.

that thing can't be any longer than 15 feet. Notice the hand of a person in the video. This guy is standing almost next to the creature and by proportions, the croc cudn't have been a 20-feeter.

anyone that thinks this is animal tortue i run work with game wardens i know this is not animal torture the croc is so big i would break a rope or duct tape. the board is safety and as you can tell the animal is sadatied hince the serigine in its side. a crock of this size could pull that rope down if it wanted.

wow! so many experts here. They actually searched for the beast because it recently ale some fishermen. They caught it alive and they are making a sanctuary for this guy. If that's animal torture for you, try getting caught with a bag of weed in your car. I'm pretty sure a sanctuary is the last thing they will ever build for you.

What u's talking about, that Croc is alive, they are planning to make it a "Star" at a local Animal farm or Zoo... At least that what all the reports have said unless this is another croc, but the one I read was also from the same area as this one... It would be ashame if that Magnificent creature was killed or dead... Crocs of that size are becoming alot more rare (along with alot of other big animals), so I think it is important to try to preserve this Awesome and unique creature that is a living relic of the past from all the way back from the Dinosaurs... Its pretty sad that Crocs have survived multiple extinctions, Ice ages, ect.. but yet the second we "Humans" set foot on earth we are now destroying animals which have survived for millions of years in less then a few thousand years.. We humans are worse than a Plaque, Mass Extinction, and Ice Ages... Thats pretty sad that we are doing something that not even an asteroid that was 6-miles in diameter could do to this planet... and that is completely destroy it.

This crocodile was caught in the Philippines in Agusan Marsh..It was caught alive and still now alive! for all you saying it was torture.Well it's not they was claiming that the croc ate a man so they wanted it to throw up.
